Some of us girls like to get all cute, and others rather not put in much effort (and that’s totally cool). One thing that we all have in common though is we like to be comfortable.

Graphic t-shirts seem to be all the rage! They are simple, cute and versatile! They are easy to pair with jeans or shorts, which is a perfect day time look. Most importantly, they are comfortable. It’s a must for anyone’s closet.

It is important to me to shop small. When I was on the hunt for a cozy tee, I knew exactly where to turn. I received this adorable t-shirt from Juniper Mountain. The owner’s name is Anna, and she is sweet as can be! I have been lucky to call her a friend for many years. She custom designs shirts for all occasions. Y’all, let me tell you this tee is soo soft! The quality is very impressive.

My favorite way to wear an over-sized t-shirt is by knotting it at the bottom. It slims it up a bit, while adding a little detail. You could also take your look a step further! Pair your graphic tee with a blazer and heels for a more sophisticated vibe.

Happy Friday, beautiful people! The weather has hit 80 degrees here in Charlotte, and you know what that means?! Romper season is upon us! My closet is definitely ready.

I could not wait to break out this little number from Red Dress Boutique. I love rompers because they are easy to throw on. You don’t have to worry about what top or bottom to wear, it’s literally your whole outfit in one piece. Just sip it on, and you’re good to go! Yay for simplicity! 

Floral and tropical rompers seems to be trending this season! I love the bright color pallets, and they are effortlessly chic. It has me thrilled for summer (eek)!

Happy Thursday! Today, I am sharing some of my favorite spring sandals!

I hate spending a pretty penny when it comes to shoes. I tend to trip a lot (lol), which means I scuff my shoes and mark them up more than I would like. When I spend a lot on sandals, I end up having anxiety when I wear them out, and I’m constantly trying to keep them clean (que my OCD). The styles I’m about to share are trendy, and the price tag won’t break the bank (woot woot).  

Slides are trending this spring, and I’m literally thrilled! There are so many different styles and color, so you really can’t go wrong with this easy, breezy footwear. 

The three colors I am seeing the most of are golds, neutrals and blushes/pinks. These colors are really versatile and can be worn with pretty much anything!

Where I Buy

When it comes to shopping for sandals on a budget, I love shopping the brand Qupid. I own so many different styles of shoes by this brand (sandals, booties, boots, slip-on sneakers). They are affordable and legit! Qupid is always keeping up with the trends, and their footwear is actually comfortable. They sell wholesale to boutiques and stores, but you are able to shop retail on their website. Styles and sizes go fast!

Spring time in North Carolina is my favorite! It’s not too hot and everything is in bloom. This season, I’m really loving the yellow hues (sorry for the repetition). I like the electric pop of color, and it really brings out my tan (major points in my book). My adorable top is less than $15! I love the off-the-shoulder neckline and the cute polka dot pattern! The ruffle trim is darling too!

Happy Fri-YAY! I feel like this week has flown by (and I’m not complaining). Today’s topic is a request from one of my fabulous readers.

As temperatures start to creep up and flowers bloom, I have pretty much added white jeans to my weekly wardrobe. So the question is, can you wear white before Memorial Day?

First, let me start by saying all opinions are of my own. I am not the fashion police, and all my thoughts are subject to interpretation.

But, the answer is YES! Fashion breaks rules all the time, and that rule is beyond out of date. For me, once it hits above 55 degrees or the weather calls for it, I don’t care what month it is! The white pants will come out to play!

I am aware it is easier for me to “get away” with wearing white since I live in North Carolina. But, it doesn’t matter what geographic area you live in. Wearing white in all months can add a crisp, bright look if worn correctly. After all, the time of year shouldn’t dictate your wardrobe schedule.

How to Wear White

If you are still experiencing bipolar weather (New England, I’m looking at you), then you may want to subtly add white into your outfit mix. I would start with white jeans as a base, and pair it with a navy blazer, light jacket or darker colored top. You do not have to jump right into the pastel colors. If it is snowing in your state, then a flowered blouse with white pants probably wouldn’t make sense. Instead, you can wear it with a spring sweater, or your favorite flannel.

All White Outfit

If you are ready to take the plunge and wear an all white ensemble, here are 3 tips to make it flow this time of year!

1. Layering is key in early spring. To balance out an all white outfit, layer with a denim jacket, cute cardigan or blazer!
2. Add a pop of color! Whether it’s in your jewelry, shoes, or bag it will help break-up the look.
3. Adding texture can help separate an all white look. Think ruffles, an eyelet top, thermal, and lace.

I enjoy wearing white pants with colorful tops, I think it makes the white really stand out. I also like to pair it with neutral tones, which is what I have done in pictures throughout.

At the end of the day babes, fashion is not fluid. It is open for interpretation. Do what makes you feel comfortable. Whether it’s white jeans and a darker top, or you’re ready to frolic in an all white dress, be YOU! And Smile, Darling!
