Ugh, what a week it has been for all of us. We are in this strange time period full of the unknown. So, I wanted to share some content that is not typical on my socials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I know a lot of you are stressed and tired of hearing about the COVID-19, including me! While it is important to keep yourself updated, it&#8217;s okay to take a break from it all.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, I am encouraging you to toss your phone aside for a bit. Take some time off social media and away from the news. Do this for a few hours each day. I know how easy it is to consume our free time by picking up our phones. Since we live in a society that is always on the go- I think it is important to use whatever downtime we have to really relax. To actually do something we always say we will get around to doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I know a lot of my friends and followers are working from home, or are social distancing. I wanted to give you guys something else to do beside watching Netflix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below is a list of my favorite Podcasts and Books. Sometimes, I am in the mood for comedy. Other times, I want something that is more career focused.
